Product Description:

RBMS07-S23-125A480V is a high voltage master battery management system without the parallel function and a 3.5-inch embedded screen, as well as a two-wire system (without any mid-line). The system can handle a maximum rated current of 125A and a rated voltage of 600V, making it applicable in various scenarios such as automotive systems, energy storage, electric vehicle charging and other battery system management.

 

Features:

The advanced battery management system is highly integrated and can realize seamless monitoring. Its perfect self inspection and operation status detection functions, combined with HMI display screen, makes it extremely easy to determine the system operation information at any given time. Furthermore, its perfect and reliable system control and protection strategies ensure the safety of the battery as well as the extension of its service life to a great degree.

With a flexible and modular design, multiple energy storage units can be combined to form larger energy storage systems and support up to 160 batteries in series. In addition, the system is equipped with a wide variety of communication interfaces such as RS485, CAN, Ethernet, and dry contact input and output interfaces, enabling communication with most PCS and monitoring servers on the market.

To add more flexibility and convenience, the battery management system also comes with a factory-provided communication protocol which can be customized to allow various PCSs of different manufacturers to be connected. Furthermore, a high capacity memory chip and a compatible SD card are included which can store a plethora of key operation data and also the historical data of the cell.

The system is also capable of automatic circulation control and automatic parallel/offline control to realize the parallel connection of battery packs conveniently and effectively.

For PV power plant storage, island off-grid energy storage, optical storage charge integration applications, micro-grid applications, UPS power supply, or power system 220V DC power supply, there is the advanced lithium battery technology that can provide reliable, safe, and sustainable energy storage.

It takes advantage of the innovative stack design to greatly enhance the temperature performance, deep discharging performance, and charging performance to the level far above those of traditional lead-acid batteries, allowing easy and safe operation even in environments such as extreme temperatures with fluctuating loads.

 

Technical Parameters:

Max current of 125A and 160A (optional) and max voltage of 350V and 600V (optional) are the basic parameters of this device, with power consumption not exceeding 15W. The current sampling accuracy is 1%FSR. The insulation withstand voltage is 2800VDC <1mA 1min and the protection level is IP20. The size and net weight of the device are 482*132*500 (mm) and ~16Kg respectively.

The device is capable of communicating with BMU, UPS and SBMS via CAN and RS485 ports, and with monitoring software via Ethernet. Battery charge and discharge management, battery temperature management, IAP upgrade, system protection parameter setting, short circuit protection (750V 20KA20ms), pre-charge function and parallel circulation control are some of basic functions supports. Event record of up to 5000 entries is available as well. In addition, DC power start is also available with batteries or commercial power serving as the on and off signals. Insulation detection, applicable to system voltage above 300V, and HMI display with 3.5 inch embedded screen are optional functions.

The device is also equipped with two dry contact outputs (optional), which are on the front side. Its dimension, weight and other appearances are customizable and the color is generally set to RAL9005 black. This device is suitable for installation in all standard 19 inch racks. The operating ambient temperature and humidity range from -20℃~60℃ and 5%~75%RH respectively. The device meets with GB/T 16935.1, GB/T 17626.2 and GB/T 17626.5 standards, and has achieved the CE certification standard.

 

Packing and Shipping:

Packaging and Shipping for High Voltage BMS

High Voltage BMS is securely wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in an appropriate cardboard box. The box is then sealed and labeled with the customer’s name and address. The box is then placed on a pallet and secured with shrink wrap and/or corner boards. Finally, the pallet is wrapped with a stretch wrap and labeled with the customer’s name and address. The pallet is then shipped to the customer using a major shipping/courier service.
