Product Description:

RBMS07-S23-125A480V is a high voltage master BMS without parallel function and a 3.5-inch embedded screen. What makes it unique is the two-wire system with no mid-line, allowing it to support a maximum rated current of 125A and a rated voltage of 600V.

The product has exclusive features such as its two-wire system with no mid-line which gives it an easy installation and better compatibility. Combined with its support of maximum rated current 125A and rated voltage 600V, this product sets a higher standard in the BMS industries.

 

Features:

Advanced battery management system

A highly integrated battery management system can realize seamless monitoring. It has a perfect self inspection and operation status detection function, combined with HMI display screen, which allows system operation information to be clearly seen at a glance. Moreover, the perfect and reliable system control and protection strategies can fully ensure the safety of the battery and extend its service life.

Modular design, configurable and expandable

Multiple energy storage units can be combined flexibly to expand into larger energy storage systems. It can also support up to 160 batteries in series. In addition, it comes with rich communication interfaces such as RS485, CAN, Ethernet, dry contact input and output interfaces, which supports the communication with most PCS and monitoring servers on the market.

Flexible communication interface protocol

The company's communication protocol is available with the factory and PCS of different manufacturers can also be adapted to customer needs. Furthermore, the built-in high-capacity memory chip can store a large number of key operation data, and SD card can be added to store the historical data of the cell. Automatic circulation control and automatic parallel/offline control can easily realize the parallel connection of battery packs.

 

Applications:

Energy storage has a wide range of applications, including but not limited to PV power plant storage, island off-grid energy storage, optical storage charge integration applications, micro-grid applications, UPS power supply and power system 220V DC power supply.

This BMS's basic parameters include a Max Current of 125A or 160A (Optional), a maximum voltage of 350V or 600V (Optional), a Power consumption of ≤15W, a Current sampling accuracy of 1% FSR, an Insulation withstand voltage of 2800VDC <1mA 1min, and a Protection level of IP20. Size wise, the BMS is 482*132*500mm and weighs about 16Kg. The system can be configured with communication ports for BMU, UPS, and Monitoring Software. It also features functions such as Battery charge & discharge Management, Battery Temperature Management, IAP Upgrade, System protection parameter setting, Short Circuit protection, Pre-charge Function, Parallel circulation control, Event record, DC power Start, and insulation detection.

Additional features such as HMI display (3.5 inches screen embedded in BMS), Dry Contact (maximum two dry contact outputs – optional), Appearance and Color (RAL9005 Black), and Installation Method are also available. This BMS complies with the National standards such as GB/T 16935.1, GB/T 17626.2, and GB/T 17626.5 and it meets the safety certification standards such as EN61010-1 and EN61326-1. Working ambient wise, it can comfortably operate in temperatures between -20℃ to 60℃ and humidity between 5% to 75% RH.
