Strictly Prohibited:
1.There is high voltage inside the energy storage system, which is not technically authorized by our company or our company. It is forbidden to disassemble and maintain the chassis without authorization. Otherwise, there will be an electric shock and the warranty right will be lost
2.It is strictly forbidden to connect any wire end or connectors in the BMS to the positive and negative poles of the battery, otherwise the risk of short circuit may be caused and the circuit board may be damaged.
3.It is forbidden to approach the water source or fire source to avoid the battery from fire due to short circuit or overheating.
4.After the secondary protection is triggered, the circuit breaker is disconnected by the BMS. The system must be powered off to remove the fault, and the power can be turned on again after at least 1 minute. Otherwise, the circuit breaker shunt coil heat can not be dissipated and damaged.
5.If the battery needs to be used to cold start the UPS/PCS, the battery switch on the UPS/PCS side must be closed before starting the battery. If the battery is turned on first, then the battery switch on the UPS/PCS side is closed. Since the DC side of the UPS/PCS side generally has a large capacitance, the closing instantaneous capacitance is equivalent to a short circuit. At this time, the current charged by the battery to the capacitor is much higher than that inside the CBMS machine. Contactor rating, it is easy to cause ablation and adhesion of the contactor contacts, contactor contact resistance increases, heat is burned or the contacts can not be disconnected to trigger secondary protection.
