The RBMS07-S23-125A480V is a high voltage master BMS without parallel function and a 3.5-inch embedded screen. It is a two-wire system, meaning it does not have a mid-line. This model supports a maximum rated current of 125A and a rated voltage of 600V.
The advanced battery management system adopts a highly integrated design to realize seamless monitoring and self inspection.
A HMI display screen can make the operation information of the system clear at a glance, and reliable system control and protection strategies can ensure the safety of the battery pack and extend its service life.
The system features a modular design, configurable and expandable. It supports up to 160 batteries in series and can be flexibly combined to extend to a large energy storage system with multiple energy storage units.
In communication interfaces, the system supports RS485, CAN, Ethernet and dry contact input / output, and can communicate with most PCS and monitoring servers on the market.
The factory comes with our company's communication protocol and can be adapted to PCS of any manufacturer if need be. High-capacity memory chip is built-in to store a lot of key operation data, and an SD card can be additionally installed to store the historical data of the cell.
The system supports the parallel and offline connection of the battery packs, and the automatic circulation control and automatic parallel/offline control can easily realize the parallel connection of the battery packs.
For photovoltaic(PV) power plants, energy storage is a critical component to ensure stable power output. Island off-grid energy storage have applications in which energy stored mainly comes from solar photovoltaic and/or wind power generation. High Voltage BMS Packaging and Shipping:
The High Voltage BMS is packaged and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box. It is filled with foam to protect the components during shipping. The package includes the High Voltage BMS, an instruction manual, and all the necessary cables and connectors. The package is then sealed and labeled with a tracking number.
Once the package is ready, it is shipped via a reliable courier service. The package is tracked and monitored from the moment it leaves the warehouse until it reaches the destination. The customer is also given a tracking number to follow the progress of their order.
