Product Description

The RBMS-S23-125A-600 is a high voltage master BMS with parallel function. It features a 3.5-inch embedded screen and a two-wire system without mid-line. It supports a maximum rated current of 125A and rated voltage of 600V.

It's important to note that there are two voltage levels for RBMS: 350 and 600. When the operating voltage range is from 120-350VDC, it is represented by 350. When the operating voltage range is from 260-600VDC, it is represented by 600.

The calculation method of actual rated voltage of the system is as follows:

Take the nominal 3.2V lithium iron phosphate battery as an example. When the system consists of 4 pieces of 24S battery modules in series, the rated voltage will be 4*24*3.2=307.2V. When the system consists of 6 pieces of 16S battery modules connected in series, the rated voltage will be 6*16*3.2=307.2V.

These interfaces support communication with many PCS and monitoring servers that are currently available on the market. Moreover, the system supports a flexible communication interface protocol: the company provides its own communication protocol, and PCS from different manufacturers can be adapted for customer needs.

 

The built-in high-capacity memory chip of the battery management system can store a large number of key operation data, and an SD card can be added to store the historical data of the cell. The system also offers features such as automatic circulation control and automatic parallel/offline control, making it easy to realize the parallel connection of battery packs.
