High-voltage battery management system with an integrated neutral pole — purpose-built exclusively for three-wire UPS applications.

The 6U 500 Center-Tap RBMS is a distributed, modular battery management system engineered for large-scale high-voltage battery energy storage and UPS deployments. This version integrates a center-tap neutral pole (B+/B−/N and P+/P−/N power ports), making it suitable only for three-wire UPS systems. It is not intended for standard two-wire battery storage configurations.

With a highly configurable architecture, the RBMS supports DC systems below 1000V and can be deployed as a two-level (BMU + RBMS), three-level (BMU + RBMS + SBMS), or four-level (BMU + RBMS + SBMS + BBMS) architecture, covering applications from 10kWh up to 1000MWh.

1. High voltage inside — do not open the enclosure without authorization; doing so voids warranty.
2. Never connect BMS wires or connectors directly to battery positive/negative terminals.
3. Keep away from water and fire sources.
4. After secondary protection trips and the breaker is opened by the BMS, power off the system, clear the fault, and wait at least 1 minute before restarting.
5. When cold-starting UPS/PCS from the battery, close the UPS/PCS battery switch before starting the battery to avoid contactor damage from high inrush current.
6. Use insulated tools and wear insulating gloves, goggles, and boots during installation and maintenance.
7. Disconnect the main breaker before maintenance.
8. Do not change charge/discharge parameters without authorization.
9. Use dry powder extinguisher or fire sand in case of fire; never use liquid.
10. Disconnect the main breaker if the system is not used for a long time.
11. Avoid environments with excessive temperature/humidity, strong vibration, direct sunlight, dust, corrosive substances, or high salt spray.
