GCE 24V 300Amp high-power BMS for forklift

 

GCE forklift BMS features:

 

BMS components are composed of BMS (sampling control board), switching power supply, Hall
sensor, pre-charging resistor, fuse, pre-charging contactor, discharge contactor, box body, wiring
harness and other components;

1 Support battery voltage: 24V (8 strings), 48V (15 strings)

3 The current collection adopts Hall sensor, which is safe and reliable without heating;

GCE BMS working status description:

 

Put the BMS in the shutdown state and complete the connection with the BMS. After the BMS is assembled, press the battery input self-locking switch, and then press the close key. The BMS enters the self-check. If the self-check is normal, the contactor can be heard Beeps, start-up is complete.

 

After the system is started and the booting is completed normally, bounce all the self-locking switches and cut off the key switch to make the BMS enter the shutdown/transport state. If the BMS is not used for a long time, the BMS must be in this state.

 

After the BMS is started, the power supply of the BMS is detected and it starts to work normally.

 

The system does not sleep by default. When the key remains closed after the battery is under-voltage, the system uses a low-power power module to work and enter a low-power state.

 

BMS uses the resistance side-by-circuit method to balance the cells. The cell voltage of the battery pack reaches 3.5V and the cell voltage is 50mV higher than the minimum cell voltage, or the cell voltage exceeds 3.65V, the cell balancing function will be activated; enter the protection state When (except for overcharge and full charge status), the equalization stops.

 

Note: The voltage balance can be set.
