Product Description:

The GCE High Voltage Battery Management System (BMS) Master Control Box is a high-standard battery system developed for use in high-performing battery energy storage systems and UPS applications.

This particular system has been customized and engineered with a distributed architecture and modular design concept in mind, providing an array of benefits to its tech-savvy users. Specifically, the box is highly configurable, making it easy to assemble, debug and maintain – no matter the industry or application.

The GCE High Voltage BMS Master Control Box is ideal for countless battery energy storage systems, with DC voltage below 1000V.

 

Features:

The advanced battery management system features a highly integrated capability; it supports perfect self-tests and operational status detection with an HMI display, allowing users to get system operation information at a glance. In addition, perfect and reliable system control and protection strategies are implemented to fully protect the battery safety and extend the battery's lifespan.

This system's modular design is configurable and scalable; by combining multiple energy storage units, the system can be expanded to a large energy storage system -- the maximum of which can support up to 272 (400 lead-carbon batteries) in series. Furthermore, a variety of communication interfaces, such as RS485, CAN, Ethernet, and dry contact input/output ports, are available to support PCS and most of the monitoring servers in the market.

The company's communication protocol comes as standard. Customized protocols can also be developed according to customer's needs to adapt to PCS from different manufacturers. Moreover, the available large-capacity memory chips can store a large number of key operational data, and an SD card can even be installed for offline access.

The PCS comes with two versions: one with protocol control function and the other with contactor + breaker. Further, the system also supports automatic circulation control and automatic parallel machine/offline control for easy parallel battery setups (suffix model D).

Short Circuit Protection is 7.5KA 20ms, and the maximum overload capacity is 50A System Transients: 70A/10S, and 100A System Transients: 150A/10S, with 1 warning level and 2 protections levels.

Power consumption is ≤10W, Insulation withstand voltage is 1800VDC 1mA 1min, and it meets the CE standards.

The operating ambient temperature is -20~60℃, while operating ambient humidity is <90 RH(40℃±2℃).
