GCE Integrated BMS Overview:

 

GCE high voltage BMS offers an intelligent and comprehensive solution for battery management. It enables the connection of battery modules with different string types in series, allowing for higher voltage systems. Our BMS automatically assigns addresses to each connected battery module, simplifying the identification and replacement of damaged cells.

 

By utilizing DIP switches, multiple battery clusters can be assigned addresses. We support the parallel connection of up to 8 battery clusters, providing flexibility to meet your energy storage needs in MWh. For optimal configuration, we recommend using every 8 battery clusters as a battery bank, allowing for parallel connection of N battery banks.

 

To accommodate various total string configurations, our BMU is available in 8 series, 12-16 series, and 17-24 series PCB specifications. This ensures an even distribution across your battery strings.

 

With GCE high voltage BMS, you can efficiently manage your battery system while maximizing performance and scalability.

 

GCE HV BMS Configuration:

 

One complete set of HV 38S121.6V 50A BMS includes:

Master BMS, Model#: RBMS07S-38S50A, and its wire accessories, include 6p temperature sensing wires and 16p voltage sensing wires. 

There are two different models for integrated BMS, one is a standalone model while the other one is parallel with its cost slightly higher than the standalone model.
