The Lifepo4 Battery Management System is a high-performance battery management system designed for a variety of applications, such as UPS, Solar Energy Storage System, and Battery Energy Storage System. It offers features such as wide voltage range (350V, 700V, 1000V), operating ambient humidity (5%~75%RH), low power consumption (≤15W) and support for Lithium-ion (LFP)/NMC/LTO battery type. This system provides an efficient, reliable and safe solution for lifepo4 battery backup system and bms for lifepo4. It comes with powerful functions, such as temperature monitoring, cell balancing, over-voltage protection, over-discharge protection, over-current protection, short-circuit protection, etc. All these features make it an ideal choice for your backup battery system and bms for lifepo4.
The battery management system provides seamless monitoring and perfect self-test and operational status detection, all information is directly displayed to HMI for operations to view. To ensure the safety of the battery, the system comes with reliable system control and protection strategies, extend the battery life.
The modular design introduces scalability and flexibility, multiple energy storage units can be combined to form a larger energy storage system, up to 272 (lead-carbon battery 400) series. A variety of communication infrastructures are available, supporting RS485, CAN, Ethernet, dry contact input and output interfaces, meeting the communication requirements of most PCS and monitoring servers.
The integrated large-capacity memory chips are able to store large amounts of key operational data, and SD card is available for offline access. Two versions of PCS are available, protocol-controlled and non-protocol-controlled versions. The former is entergrated with circuit breaker and latter with contactor and breaker. Additionally, there is automatic circulation control, automatic parallel machine and off-line control, further enhancing the flexibility and usability of the system. (Model suffix selection D).
