Product Description:

The GCE high-voltage battery management system (BMS) master control box is designed to cater to large-scale high-voltage battery energy storage systems and UPS applications. It features a distributed architecture and a modular design which maximizes configurability. At the same time, it is designed for easy assembly, debugging, and maintenance. This master control box is suitable for various battery energy storage systems with DC voltages below 1000V.

Advanced Battery Management System

The highly integrated battery management system enables seamless monitoring, perfect self-test and operational status detection, with HMI display and system operation information at a glance.

Furthermore, this Battery Management System offers perfect and reliable system control and protection strategies to fully protect the battery safety and thereby extend the life of the battery.

Additionally, its modular design enables configurable and scalable flexibility when it comes to combining multiple energy storage units, up to a maximum of 272 (lead-carbon battery 400) battery series.

In terms of communication interface, it provides rich capabilities with multiple RS485, CAN, Ethernet, dry contact input and output interfaces that support most of PCS and monitoring servers in the market.

In addition, it comes with a flexible communication interface protocol, which can be adapted to PCS of different brands according to customer needs.

Also, it has a capacity that is large enough for built-in large-capacity memory chips that can store a large number of key operational data; If an extra storage is needed, an SD card can be installed for offline access.

As for PCS communication control, there are two options - one with protocol control function (circuit breaker version) and the other without protocol control function (contactor + breaker version).

Finally, it has an automatic circulation control and automatic parallel machine off-line control features that allow easy parallel battery connections (Model suffix selection D).
