The GCE high-voltage BMS master control box is an advanced battery management system designed for large-scale high-voltage battery energy storage systems and UPS applications. It has a unique distributed architecture and modular design concept which makes it highly configurable and greatly simplifies the assembly, debugging and maintenance processes. This system is suitable for energy storage systems with DC voltage below 1000V.
Advanced Battery Management System --- The highly integrated battery management system enables seamless monitoring.
It provides perfect self-test and operational status detection, with HMI display, system operation information at a glance. It also offers perfect and reliable system control and protection strategies to fully protect the battery safety, extend the life of the battery escort.
The system has modular design, which is configurable and scalable. Flexible combination of multiple energy storage unit can be expanded to a larger energy storage system, the maximum can support 272 (lead-carbon battery 400) battery series. Rich communication interface like multiple RS485, CAN, Ethernet, dry contact input and output interfaces are supported, which is compatible with most of the market with PCS, monitoring server communication.
Additionally, flexible communication interface protocol is provided. The company has its own communication protocol, but also can be adapted to PCS of various manufacturers according to customer needs.
Furthermore, the system has large capacity which meets its demand. Built-in large-capacity memory chips can store a large number of key operational data, and an SD card for offline access.
Moreover, PCS has a protocol control functionwith the choice of circuit breaker version. By using the PCS without protocol control function, the user can choose contactor + breaker version.
Automatic circulation control and automatic parallel machine off-line control makes it easy to parallel battery. (Model suffix selection D).
