Features:

The integrated BMS consists of various components such as the BMS main control board, BMU sampling board, high voltage board, switching power supply, Hall sensor, DC contactor, micro-break switch, fuse (optional), power terminal, structural box, and wiring harness. This secondary structure is designed to integrate the main control board, sampling samples, and other power devices into a single device, providing a compact structure, flexible installation, and low cost. It is an ideal option for an integrated installation with small capacity batteries.

 

The primary function of the integrated BMS is for the management of lithium iron phosphate batteries (LFP) charge and discharge. However, if you want to use other battery types, you would need to modify the parameters. You should also contact us for confirmation before proceeding with such changes.

 

The battery acquisition unit uses 15S technology, with 4 acquisition units for 60S batteries, and 5 acquisition units for 75S batteries. Additionally, there are 3 temperature sensors for every 15S. A total of 12 temperature sensors are used for 60S, while 75S batteries require 15 sensors.

 

The Hall sensor is used to collect current, ensuring safety and reliability, and preventing overheating. This system's SOC estimation error is less than or equal to 5%, and a 3-digit address dial is used to set the BMS address. It also has a 2-channel relay dry contact output and 4-channel contactor extension with auxiliary contact detection, making it highly versatile. The BMS also comes with upper computer software, making it easy for customers to debug the battery system and modify system parameters. You can connect up to 7 BMS in parallel with storage up to 5000 records. Lastly, it supports a 3.5-inch external display.
